According to him, Abdullayev"s disappearance became known three days ago, and only on November 12 the police confirmed his detention and administrative arrest for 15 days. What specific offense is imputed to him is not yet known.
However, according to Mammadli, the party representatives were told the reason for the arrest was the publication of "offensive statuses" in social networks on the Internet.
It is noteworthy that Abdullayev is kept in the Balakhany detention center, although those arrested under an administrative order are imprisoned in a special Binagady detention facility.
According to Mammadli, due to the participation in the protest actions of the National Council of Democratic Forces on September 23, October 7 and October 28, and activities in social networks, 500 people were subjected to various forms of pressure, including calls to the police, administrative fines, and dismissals from work.
From November 13 PFPA will begin actions on legal protection of Abdullayev and appeal against the arrest. -06D-
