Sahil Rzaly and Others Asked for Acquittal
Bakı / 14.11.17 / Turan: Lawyers of Sahil Rzaly and other five people arrested on the Nardaran case are asking for their acquittal. They have filed a cassation appeal against the decision of the Baku Court of Appeal.
"We believe that the decisions of the lower courts in relation to them are illegal and unfounded, which is why we demanded that the court acquit them," said lawyer Elchin Sadygov. According to him, the cassation appeal was accepted for execution by the Board for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court. On November 28, it will be considered by the judges under the chairmanship of Gulzar Rzayeva.
