PFPA activist detained for a single picket
Baku / 24.05.17 / Turan: Fuzuli Huseynov, an activist of the Popular Front Party, was detained for holding a solitary picket demanding to release political prisoners. The action was held on Wednesday afternoon in front of the May 28 metro station, the party leader Ali Kerimli wrote on his Facebook page.
Soon after, Huseynov was detained by the police and taken to the police station. It is not reported what measures against him have been taken. The Ministry of Internal Affairs does not comment on what happened. -16D-
