On the same day, the official took residents of another quarter of the same district who complained about the illegal actions of the construction company OOO Səma, whose owner the citizens consider the fraudster, - said one of the complainants, Babek Adygezalov.
The employee of the presidential administration called the demands of citizens legitimate and fair, several times promised to achieve termination of contractual rights Gloriya Palace in the said territory.
The official invited citizens to apply to him again if the district authorities did not fulfill their demands. "This is our fifth meeting with O. Bayramov, the previous ones were unsuccessful. This time he promised to fulfill our demands. If we are deceived, we will come to demand that the rights of the owner be ensured on the day of the presidential election, mobilizing 1,500 people," said Afyaddin Balakishiyev, another resident.
