It was stated today at a meeting between AFFA Secretary General Elkhan Mammadov and British Ambassador to Azerbaijan James Sharp.
The matches of the final stage of Euro 2020 will be held both in Azerbaijan and the United Kingdom.
In particular, Baku will host three group stage matches and one quarter final. In London, there will be three games of the group stage, a 1/8 final match, as well as semifinals and a final.
In addition, there will be three group stage matches and one 1/8 final match in Glasgow.
In this regard, Mammadov and Sharp discussed the preparation of cities for the upcoming event.
As for tomorrow's match, it is not critical for the Azerbaijani team, since the team has in its assets only 1 point and will not be able to leave the last place in the group.
Welshmen, however, retain a chance to break through to Euro 2020, and for this they need a victory.
