Karabakh Armenians reject the possibility of exchange of D. Askerov and Sh. Guliyev
Baku/19.09.19/Turan: Assistant to the leader of the Karabakh separatists David Babayan declared the impossibility of exchanging Azerbaijanis Dilgam Askerov and Shahbaz Guliyev for the Armenian soldiers convicted in Azerbaijan - Karen Kazaryan and Araik Kazaryan.
"As for Askerov and Guliyev, these individuals committed serious crimes, including the murder of a minor. They were convicted by a court in an open trial with the participation of international observers," said Babayan.
The State Commission of Azerbaijan on September 18 announced Baku"s readiness for the exchange of prisoners and hostages on the principle of "all for all", and in the future to return prisoners and hostages, as well as the bodies of the dead for three days through the mediation of international organizations.
