Regarding instant messages of WhatsApp, Telegram and social networks, Azercell Telecom is not related to the management of user accounts.
Monitoring these systems and regulating individual users "are beyond the technical capabilities and authority of mobile operators."
“Security measures in them are provided by the administrators of the respective programs and users. “Azercell Telecom” only creates an Internet connection for the work of these programs and does not carry out any interference,” the conclusion of the response of Azercell Telecom says.
