The number of infected with COVID-19 in Azerbaijan exceeded 2.5 thousand
Baku/05.10.20/Turan: 97 new cases of coronavirus infection were recorded in Azerbaijan, 30 patients recovered and discharged from hospitals, the Operational Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan said on Sunday.
According to the same source, a patient born in 1949, suffering from arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, chronic renal failure, died.
In total, 2519 people were infected with COVID-19 in Azerbaijan. Of these, 1650 recovered.
There are 837 infected in special treatment facilities. The health of 33 of them is characterized as severe, 40 - of moderate severity, the rest - stable.
