The US state Department announced a new humanitarian cease-fire in Karabakh
Baku/26.10.20 / Turan: Armenian foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Azerbaijani foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov confirmed the two countries ' obligations to observe the cease-fire in Nagorno-Karabakh, which is due to take effect from 08.00 local time (07.00 Moscow time) on October 26. As Secretary of state Michael Pompeo noted, " today the United States facilitated intensive negotiations with the foreign Ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and the co-chairs of the organization for security and co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Minsk group to move towards a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh."
Yerevan and Baku confirmed their " commitment to observe the humanitarian truce reached in Moscow on October 10."
