Azerbaijani rescuers found the bodies of 48 dead at the fire site near Khankandi
Baku/29.09.23/Turan: On the evening of September 29, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan announced the completion of a search and rescue operation in connection with an explosion and fire at a gasoline warehouse near Khankendi.
As a result of the operation, rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations removed the bodies of 48 people from the rubble and handed them over to their intended destination.
Emergency services forces took the necessary security measures at the scene.
According to Armenian media, at least 170 people who died in the fire on September 25 were previously identified, and about 300 people were injured. –06V-
