Gubad Ibadoglu is being blackmailed by children in jail – Galib Bayramov
Baku/07.09.23/Turan: Psychological pressure is being exerted on opposition politician and economist Gubad Ibadoglu in the Baku pre-trial detention center-1, his brother Galib Bayramov told Turan.
In particular, the management of the pre-trial detention center requires to inform in which country the children of Gubad Ibadoglu live and their phone numbers.
"The deputy head of the pre-trial detention center named Ahad demanded from my brother the phone numbers of his children living abroad.
Otherwise, he threatened to deprive his brother of the opportunity to talk on the phone.
The deputy head of the pre-trial detention center was also interested in the place of residence of his brother's children: in which country and which city.
Such an attitude towards my brother is another form of psychological pressure," Galib Bayramov said.
The Penitentiary Service could not be reached for comment. ---0--
